1. Nature of the Service
The online Pilates classes, videos, programmes, and related content provided through this platform (“Services”) are offered for general exercise, education, and wellbeing purposes only.
Although the Services are created and delivered by a qualified physiotherapist, they do not constitute personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or physiotherapy treatment. The Services are not a substitute for in-person assessment or individualised clinical care.
2. Medical Responsibility
By using the Services, you confirm that:
You are medically fit and physically able to participate in exercise;
You have consulted a GP, physiotherapist, or other qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical condition, injury, pain, are pregnant or post-natal, or have any concerns about your suitability for exercise;
You will modify or stop exercises if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.
You participate in the Services at your own discretion and risk.
3. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in Pilates and exercise activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, or other physical injury.
By accessing or using the Services, you voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, arising from your participation.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of the Services.
We shall not be liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions, misuse of content, exercising beyond your capability, or failure to seek appropriate medical advice.
Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with the Services shall be limited to the fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Results from Pilates and exercise vary between individuals. We do not guarantee any specific health, fitness, rehabilitation, or performance outcomes.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Ensuring you have a safe environment in which to exercise;
Using appropriate equipment where recommended;
Exercising within your own limits and capabilities.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform owner, instructors, employees, and contractors against any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from:
Your misuse of the Services;
Your breach of these Terms;
Your failure to follow medical or safety advice.

Participation is entirely voluntary. By taking part, you confirm that:
You are fit and well enough to exercise.
You have consulted your GP, physiotherapist, or other healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your health, injuries, or medical conditions.
You understand that you are responsible for your own safety during the class.
Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
The instructor cannot accept responsibility for any injury or harm sustained while participating in these online sessions.
By joining this class, you agree that you take part at your own risk.
