This 50 minutes class is a great all rounder.

Strengthen, stretch, improve core and mindfulness.

I have designed this using my extensive musculoskeletal experience.

Aimed to suit everyone - regardless of age and ability you CAN do this! There are optional levels to tailor the class to your individual needs.
